Was reading some posts and was wondering if Banshee front shocks will really go on the front of a warrior?? I read that Banshee shocks were about 2 inches longer and gave alot more suspension. Does anyone know if there would be any modifications needed?? I weigh about 245lbs and the Warrior shocks are just not cutting it at all!!!

Thanks

Yes, believe it...I'm the guy that did it. They work great without any modifications. Makes me wonder why Yamaha did'nt do it to begin with. I wiegh 240, and it greatly improved the mediocre suspension the warrior comes stock with. Can't believe more people didn't know about this one.

I put some on mine also. It sits a little higher but the ride is so much better.

Unless you get a great deal you do not want OEM front Banshee shocks. They will get very stiff over time and are not rebuildable. I have Works shocks on my Banshee and I was able to sqeeze them into my Blaster also.

What about a rear banshee shock on a warrior?
is the stock banshee rear any better? or rebuildable?

Well this is the great deal I got. 2000 stock banshee shocks, (used only twice , $80 shipped for both front. I'll put them on and post back here on how they ride. Thanks for everyone's input.
