LT250 fwd neutral light

LT250 fwd neutral light
I have a 1998 LT 250 fwd and on occasion the neutral light will not come on. Is there a adjustment for this or what is the best way to get the neutral light to come on so I can start it. Can the neutral switch be bypassed somehow manually? I have a freind taht has the same problem with his. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]
