bogs in 2 gear starts!!

Default bogs in 2 gear starts!!

22x11x10 8 paddle kendas with a 15 tooth frt 40 rear second gear starts bogs like crazy. first gear starts you have to shift in 5 feet. any ideas????

Default bogs in 2 gear starts!!

You need to get the carb adjusted sound lie the pump if way off, or get a 17 front sprocket and just take off in first

Default bogs in 2 gear starts!!

You could try a 42 or 43 tooth rear sprocket, first gear starts can hurt the tranny as it has to shift further and can hit neutral to boot. My theory is alot of the people who have damaged shift forks were using the shifter agressively to get from 1st to 2nd. 2nd to 3rd doesn't take much shift pressure.
