to tighten scrambler chain, do you pull quad back or forward?

also, if i get a chain tenisnor the chain guard canit be used right? would this be a big deal?

i think i always rolled mine foward and yes the chain guard must come off to use the tensioner..

I cant remember at the moment but it's pretty easy to tell once you start rolling it.

just remember to loosen the brake caliper if yours is on the rear axle.
