My brothers Pred took up gymnastics today.

His front tire had a leak, so he decided to put his front tires that he had on his Scrambler on his Pred. They were the same height at 21", but they made his front 2" wider, and put him at 47" wide in the front. Well he went flying down the trail like normal (very fast). Then he got into some tighter sections, but still going about 15-20mph, and his right tire just hit a tree. It did about 3 cartwheels, then landed on all fours. While at the same time, he was skipping across the ground like a rock across water. Well after everything stopped, he looked over his Pred and the only thing that happen to it was, he bent the inner tie rod like a horseshoe, and he said his battery was dead, or he blew a fuse. But he said it would not even make a noise when starting. But with that kinda hit, he could not believe thats all he had for damage. He's also glad he had his chest protector on, because the way he was bouncing off the ground, he would of been hurting real bad. He did bruise his leg pretty good. Now all he need to do is get another tie rod, and find out if he blew a fuse or not. Two easy fixes, then back on the trail. Is this why the Pred weighs 412lbs? Built to take hit like that.
