yea the 250ex the a arms sound like they need oil or something squecks

 

This is typical with the 250! It is probably the shocks. Dealer told me to spray some WD-40 into the shocks. Didn't help. Did get better with time though.

 

My son's 300ex had the left side a arm squeak,too, really bugged me,I could hear him coming down the driveway! spray lube made no difference, ended up jacking up the front end,taking the top shock bolt out to take the load off the a arms, pulled the bolts, and shot some grease in the a arm bushings,then put the bolt back in. Smooth and quiet now, only takes an hour or so to take all the bolts out. Use a lithium based grease, or a good waterproof marine wheel bearing grease, and you should never hear that squeak again.
