Picked it up today. They said that they had done an oil change, put a new oil filter in, and cleaned and oiled the air filter. When i got home I un-loadede it and ripped around on it for about 2 hours. Until i had to head off to work. I wen't into the house and when i came back out it was dumping oil all over! I saw that it was coming out the bottom of the cover over the oil filter. I opened it up and shook my head. One of the mechanics didnt put the cover o-ring in straight and when he tightend the cover up it pancaked it inbetween. It's not the mistake that made me mad, it's just now that its long weekend I ofcourse had plans to go quadin' with some pal's. Just my luck, the honda shop is closed for the holidays. I guess I'll have to pick one up on monday [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img].

Shuck's auto supply sells Fram oil filters for that quad. They are cheaper than the bike shop and come with a new O-ring. Give that a try.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

yea i stoped bringing my quads to the dealer after i brought the recon in 6 times in a row for the front brakes and they would keep on braking the next day and everytime id bring it back theyd say o well this is wrong thats 200 bucks and this thats 100 also this is dirty thats 300 and holding fee thats 45 bucks so i get it done MY SELF buy the parts and do it urself it will save you money oh and pick u up a CLYMER book they come in handy
