carlisle turf tamers?

Default carlisle turf tamers?

i can get a excellent deal on these. my uncle works at a distributor. i will prolly get them anyway, but will they pop easily they are 2 ply i think but I dont know even what my stockers are as far as ply rating so any comments would help.

It depend's what terrian you ride trails,mx If you ride a lot of trail's I would not recomend getting them they dont puncture easily but they a can on on the really rough stuff. If you want to race or you ride trail's that arnt so bad go with the turfs. For trail riding I would recomend Maxxis Razr's or Itp Holeshot's.

ummmm. maybe. i'm gonna see what happens. i have a guy that lives 15 min away interested in it. i have a lead on a aftermarket frame (250r geometery) and a no link swingarm that uses a lt250r engine. i want to get that and start a new one.

My experience is that tires like the Turf Tamers that have numerous very closely spaced *****, are great on hardpack. They are passable on other surfaces, but don't shed mud very well.

i only ride on tracks, so for me...they are excellent and cheap.
