Which tire combo would you suggest?

1) F: Grooved Radials
R: Turf Tamers (18x11x8)

2) F: Holeshot MX (19x6x10)
R: Holeshot MX (18x11x8)

Also, which front tires would fit on my stock wheels? Grooved Radials or Holeshot MX? Would either fit my stock wheels? Thanks.

Both the Radials and the 19x6x10 Holeshot MX fronts will fit on your stock 10x5" rims. I'm glad you brought this tire kit dilemma up...I'm trying to decide the same thing. I like the Radials for the front because when I had them on my 250R, they lasted more than 2 seasons without really wearing down any. They are more expensive than the Holeshot MX's, but will probably last much longer...especially considering how ITP advertises them as having a special "softer" compound. I didn't like the way the Radials balled up with mud more easily than the rounded holeshots though. Maybe this is just me, but I don't like the Radials for mud duty. As far as the rears go, I think I'm going to go with the Turf Tamers...but the 9.5" wide ones. I've had both the 18x11x8 holeshots and the 18x9.5x8 turf tamers in the past, and I just like the 9.5's better all around. The turf tamers are lighter, cheaper, and I believe handle better during mx duty. You can groove them if you like, but I ran all mine non-grooved for years on the track and they worked fine in all but the muddiest situations. I feel they offer a little better sliding action too. Holeshots will probably be the way to go though for more soft/muddier terrain. I'm probably going to go with the Holeshot MX package all around. You'll save money on the fronts when compared to the Rikens, but you'll pay more for the rears when compared to the Turf Tamers. But you'll get a well rounded package for the money.

I went with the car tires up front and turfs in the rear. I would have to believe that car tires that are expected to last 20000+ miles on a car that weighs 4 times as much to last alot longer than quad tires. I haven't owned them before, so I am speaking hypothetically. Turf tamers have been around forever and they are cheap. I got mine just before Christmas, so I didn't have the option of the new mxrs. I still probably would have went the way I did.
