Default chewing up front sprockets

I keep losing a tooth on my front sproket, and bending all the rest. I have purchased after-market sprokets that are stronger and the same thing happens. I always keep the chain adjusted EXACTLY where it says...1.1 to 1.5 inches of play. Any advise?

You may possibly have it misaligned.......? If your following the specs for chain slack I'm really not sure. Is it a new chain? You could have tight spots in the chain if its old/sacked out and it trying to jump teeth on you. If all the eqipment is new I really can't think of anything. Check and make sure your rear sprocket isn't bent.

I would check the alignment marks on the rear swingarm and make sure they are adjusted equally.

Is that the chain spec? Sounds awfully loose to me. I've been adjusting chains since I was old enough to hold a wrench and usually keep mine at about 3/4". You really shouldnt be able to see the chain sag much if at all.

Check to make sure you dont have the case saver or something interfering with the chain. Also check the clearance on the skidplate and that the rear sprocket hub is nice and tight and doesnt move around.
