Iwas wondering how much font sand tires would help with turning, the ds has a pretty wide stance and seams to turn good already. I run straight paddles in the back and have tried sand sharks and gators they don't hook up like the striaghts

 

Buy them. I went with 22x8x10 for the front and it floats better and will turn better, especially with straight rears.

The dual ridge sand stars work great. If ya think it turns well now wait till ya put on the ridges. All the difference in the world.

 

I have had all of the tires that are made on a DS and by far, the SAND STARS are the best. They arguably are heavier than some, but for performance, they cannot be beat. I wish someone would find a way to buff them down a bit to lose some weight, but you really dont notice it.
