Snapper Grounds Cruiser

Oh sorry. That is actually the first time I heard/seen one, looking it up that is.
I do have a 1983 Snapper 1855 tractor with the 18 horse Onan engine. It's been a great machine. Dad bought it new in 1983 with 54" belly mower deck, big grass catcher, 48" front snow blower, 48" rear tiller, and bought a 60" rear blade, and made a 48" rear rake. I bought it from him almost 3 years ago when he stepped up to a John Deere 4310 4wd 3cyl deisel with front bucket.
It's been hard getting certain parts for this thing though. Where are you located? Maybe you can help me out with locating parts too. Good luck with your info search on the Grounds Cruiser.

Mississippi. What parts do you need. I can look on part smart and see if I can help you. If that fails I can give you an 800 number to Snapper helpline.
This cruiser is sharp but I dont know how it is in the mud. Has a "small 9.5 kawi engine with a torque converter to amplify the power.

What part of Mississippi? My in-laws live in Byhalia, about 30 minutes below Memphis. My wife's grandmother lived in Amory her whole life, it's where my wife was born. That's in the central/eastern part of the state.
For the Snapper, I need the coupler that goes between the front PTO and the snowblower shaft. It's a firm but sort of flexible round, about 3-4 inches in diameter, disc with 6 bolt holes in it. Mine got messed up with a BIG snow a few years ago. I tried making something for last year, and it worked OK, but it didn't last. I have a part # for it around here somewhere. I tried calling Snapper last year and they said that the part is no longer made, but some dealers somewhere might still have one in stock. I appreciate the help.

Newton. If you find the part # or shoot me a model number I will try to help. I am a new dealer, about 14 months, so I am still learning. What is you take on that cruiser. After some thought. I think it is mostly what I call an estate vehicle.
