witch bike is faster 0-60 and top speed ?

 

I would say the Sportsman 500 HO, because I raced a Rincon on my EFI and beat it REALLY bad. These were stock ATVs, with my ATV having the aftermarket Goodyear Rawhides. The 500 HO is not very far behind the EFI, so I would say the 500....

 

I am not trying to be mean or anything but thats not a fair comparison. The sp has a much smaller engine and weighs 100lbs more than the rincon. My guess is that the rincon would easily outrun the sp500. I thought I've heard that rincons are about the same speed as the carbed sp700. I do know the rincon has a higher top speed than a sp500.

 

In the power side of things the Rincon is more of a 500 class ATV IMO. It is a awsome riding ATV, and one that is very fun/easy to drive. However it's not a racer for sure (and it's not ment to be). I have raced one on my EFI and beat it bad, the 500 HO I raced was a little closer race thats why I think the 500 could maybe edge it out in a race. But we all need to keep in mind that these size (weight) ATVs are not ment to be sport quads. The top speed of the Rincon is around 55 MPH and I think the 500 HO is around that. IMO the only real down side to the Rincon is it's engine, other than that it is a great over all ATV.

I've said this before , my HO will go 55mph no more. Last fall at WOT on a rail bed, 55mph my buddy with a 650KWF on my tail was waiting for him to blow by me and he didn't. When we stopped I was very surprised when he said thats all she will go. The kaw is barebone except for the winch but my HO is loaded down, see my signature and pics, so now I see the HO is no slouch......

 

It wasn't but 4 years ago that the 500 HO was the fastest 4x4 made out of the box.....

 

Sorry guys, but my H.O. is no drag racer. I raced a Mojave 250. Stock vs. Stock. We were dead even. My bet is on the Rincon.

 

I don't know what one is faster but I think my ho would give a rincon a good run. What I do know is which one can pull the most. Last summer at the county fair they put on a atv pull. So a friend of mine with a griz 660 and i decided to have some fun and try it. All quads over 500cc were in the big class. That was the first time I saw a rincon up close. When it was time for the rincon to hook up and got the green flag. He couldn't move the sled and it wasn't because of traction. He couldn't even spin a tire. I knew they didn't have a low range but I thought it would have enough power to get the sled moving. In the 400cc class a guy with a 400 scrammy took second place in his class and that did surprise me. A 2 stroke without low range, who would of thought. I did get 2nd place and got beat by another 500ho.

 

i own a rincon and it will top out at about 70 and ity gets there fast the rincon wood win.
