How do you repair small gouges in plastic?
#2
I think you just have to live with them. It's an atv, not a show car, and the only way to make it look nice forever is to throw a tarp over it and never ride it. I would not heat up the plastic as it can make it brittle.

Well you can start sanding on your fender and that will take the gouge out of it but you will most likely have a low spot, unless you bondo it and then you'll have to repaint it and and you'll have a heck of a deal.

I read on here sometime about a guy using a heat gun....I realize it's an off road vehicle..but it's a surprise for my son, and I'd like for it to look as good as it can for him....
