They are a good bike, very strong motor and good top end speed due to 6 speed tranny. I have ridden 87's with a wicked 2 stroke hit and others with a very smooth, linear powerband. What I am trying to say is that with a modest cash input, it is pretty easy to make the engine match your riding style. Any quad that old may need a bit of TLC though, regardless of make and model.

 

iam looking at a 86 trx 250r love them bikes. any one need a 04 z 400?? lol

nope...i have a scanner but no camera to take pics with...i have a guy that is interested in the LT...and i told him between 2500 and 3000 and he said he'd be interested if i had the price more around 2500...
