Yes, Motion Pro makes a real nice chain breaker for less than $30 retail. I paid $27.99 for mine at a local dealer after messing with my chain for 2 hours trying the old fashioned hammer and screw-driver method, only to realize I needed to take off two more links.

The problem I have now is with all the links in the chain is too loose with the new 36t sprocket but if I remove one link it is too small and the carrier dosent make up for the differance. What is going on the bike works fine with the chain loose but it is too loose!

Go to your local dealer and buy a chain breaker.......they probably have one hanging on the wall and it is very VERY easy once you have one and well worth the 20-30 dollars you will spend on it......

There really is no other easy way to do it.........
