Not getting any power to rear wheels......clutch works......belt grabs .........has new sprockets and chain

 

what year sport and the motor is running fine right??

 

Its a 96 Sport.....engine runs perfect

 

does it shift ok with the shifter? when you put it in gear can you feel it engage??
its got to be in the tranny only one thing to do tear it down and take a look...

 

Check the secondary clutch buttons.

 

Ya, make sure the shifting is engaging proiperly. You may have gear problems in the transmission is what it sounds like to me. I just had mine done a couple of weeks ago on tblazer and it take off a hell of alot quicker then before and more tire spin too.

 

Yep check the secondary buttons and the spring.

 

I agree check the buttons,and the snap ring sometimes pops out of place.
