Just for those sports people that think a utility is not even in there class.
Raced 3 times and was not close in 500'. Smoked him by 3-5 quad lengths or more every time.
The kid had new pipes and custom airbox, carb, this and that. But a p700 with a dyno and 4 degree key just flat smoked the 400ex.
He was making claims of 75-78 mph top end.
These sport guys all say they do 70+. Well all I can say if you get there next week who cares.
It's who gets there first that counts.

Not picking on Honda I own two of them, just wanted to pass on to those sport guys that these utility’s kick butt also.

Having owned both, your results are not surprising. I think the 400 has a higher top speed though; just takes a bit longer to get there.

 

He might of caught me but it would of been over 2 miles away.

What are my chances against the raptor? I know it can actually reach 75-80 mph top end over a mile, but in 1/8 to 1/4 with cdi and 4 degree key can it beat me.
My feeling is he will need nitro and wings because I am next to flying and sucking the ground.

CONGRATS, You beat someone with almost twice the engine then they have.

 

Yes you are correct, but he has about 200 more lbs and a utility quad that is multi-dimential, not a one dimentional sports quad for racing.
