was messing around with my spring on my tm 45 because its so stiff. any way after full throttle with the cable i pushed the shaft on the carb where the cable attaches to and it went about another 1/8 of a turn!! the bracket that holds the cable on the carb was in the wrong spot. if you pull the cable out a little then it will pull the trottle open all the way. just some thing for ya to look at!!
