What is the difference between Maxxis and Cheg Shin Sur Trak

I hope the links work. Look at the tires. Both are Sur Trak. one labeled Chen Shin, one Maxxis. They look the same to me. The prices are a big difference. If the links don't work the Chen Shin 22x11x10 Sur Trak from www.onoffroad.com are $68.25.

The Maxxis Sur Trak same size from www.rockymountainatv.com are $43.99.

Are these the same tires?
