Default trx250x tech help(suspension related)

Hey whats up everyone. Im new here and i need some serious tech info. I was given an 87 TRX250X. All i gotta do is finish it. Its all there minus plastics and other lil things. Motor is totally rebuilt and brand new. Heres the thing. I got really nice ITP beadlock rims from someone that had a 2000 400ex. The rear rims bolt up fine. But the front dont. the 400ex has a larger bolt pattern than my 250x. I saw that someone on here has put a 400ex suspension on there 250x. I was wondering if i could swap out the font hubs for hubs on a 400ex with no problem. or do i have to swap out the whole front suspension??? Any info or help would be great. even places online where i could look up sizes and compare the two. I cant wait to finish building this thing and ridin it!

Default trx250x tech help(suspension related)

UPDATE : Well after a few days of trying stuff out and seein what works and doest work. I have discoverd that they do fit quite easily. Since 250x 300ex and 400ex share lots of parts puttin the hubs from a 400ex is no big deal at all. All u need to do is take your 250x or 300ex wheel bearing and put them in the 400ex hubs and use the brake disc bolts from the 400ex as well. everything else bolts right up like factory. Some for some crazy reason u want to put 400ex front hubs on your 250x or 300ex this is all u have to do.
