Default Just Picked up My HPResearch Trail DS

I picked up my ds in KY yesterday, I am very impressed with the way everything went. I dropped it off to let Eric do
some of his magic. Now it has the HPR 14:1 superlite, HPR Custom grind (mild cams for trail riding), HPR Porting, HPR 46hv, HPR ported intake, HPR end cap on stock pipe. It made 61. XX the first time on the dyno . Eric, and Randall did
some tuning more toward my riding style and finished up with 48ft/lbs if I am not mistaken. It made a huge difference in before and after(it wasnt slow before,it had the carb, endcap, and ported intake before). It pulls hard from the time you crack the throttle till you let off. There is more power to be made out of this combo but at this point I like the low down torque for the trails and dont want to loose the sleeper look of the stock pipe. I am going to work a little more on my combo and take it back up in a couple of months and try to squeeze out another few more hp.

As always Eric, Randall and the whole crew were awsome. My brother and I hung out with some of the crew at Paducah Int. Raceway for a Nat TT event while we where there. I got the privilage of setting the highest rwhp of any 4stroke that a mobile dyno that was there had tested, He wanted one of Randall's cards. Needless to say I am More than pleased with my trail bike setup. I would highly recomend Eric, and Randall

Glad to here your results where good I had mine out today for a trail ride for the first time after the aledo national rain out. Me & my brother ran a couple of 200' runs with a big smile on my face! WOW I'm very happy with the results. I was running the billet end cap & not the drag pipe today with big results.

I had planned on installing a +2 chromoly arm, but instead I am putting on a +4 for the 00" style. I am anxious to go hit some of the hills in WV. The new found power and wheelbase should have the thing screaming.
