It just happends i need new rear fender flares, when doing wheelies i brought it over 1 to many times ehehhe not over backwards but far enough to bust em.....whoops! ahahah....


Do u know how much they run? are they ever on ebay?

 

I have looked on ebay for a long time and never found any so I went to the dealer and got mine. They run $24.99 each for the 04.5's but the 03's where higher than that go figure.

hmmm that is odd for the price...,,,,,,im gonna have to go invest the fender flares from the dealer then then....because ive been watchin ebay as well and havent seen em....

Hey Sportsman70003 how did you get the fuel gage. I tried my dealer and they only have one the can measure the top half of the tank.

 

I got it from ebay and had to do alot of modifing. First it was to short and had to cut & weld to make it longer and I made a new needle out of a dipstick from a car . A little tricky trying to bend the needle just right where it would say full when full and empty when empty. It only goes down to the hump but thats better than nothing.I always add gas right after it says empty.

I went to my polaris dealer and they have a fuel gage from an older polaris atv and that fits damn near perfect to the hump in the tank maybe an 1/8 in clearence.
