My friend has an 03 Raptor LE
He keeps breaking tie rod ends. We ride hard! He has to to keep up with my DS!
Do you guys know where he could get stronger one's to handle the abuse?
Thanks,

One more note- if you have your front wheels flipped, you will be ending tie-rods left and right....even the strong ones......we did that for a while on our Rappy and got tired of replacing tie rods all the time!! If your wheels aren't flipped, then I'm sure these will work out fine for you!

Thanks 440
We went out riding wed night. All the trails are flooded and trees down all over the place from hurricane Frances. We had to whellie over a lot of trees and put them to a real test. I saw his quad today and it is pretty tore up. The front nose is coming off. The healight broke on the right side. A tree got caught in the heelguard and bent the metal so the plastic was on the exhuast and melted it a little bit. When he went to bend it back, he burned his fingers omn the metal frame that was rubbing on the tire. OUCH! The plastic guard underneath was torn and hanging down. I felt bad. I led them through hell. The water was so deep at one point my DS started to float. Not just a little bit either. I floated to the other side but could not get up on the high ground because the tires had nothing for traction.
Must fix then ride!
