I think you mean .040 over right? .40 over would be a huge displacement change.
.040 over would bring you to nearly 358cc ... 357.6 to be more precise.
.40 over would be ... 440cc

At one time, FST did make a 500 stroker for a Wolverine........ not any more, tho. 446 is the biggest from them.
