rincon tires - radial junk?

On my 2004 rincon, it looks like there are bulges between the treads! Does anyone else have the same problem or are my tires crap?

Mine has them too. I wouldn't worry about it.

rincon tires - radial junk?

Are the bulges between the treads the "tread indicator?" They are probably just the wear indicators; nothing to worry about.
