Anyone have any helpful comments. My concern is that the blue electric terminal on the winch is slightly touching one of the front brace bars. When installing the winch I used the Warn mount specificly for the Kodiak, also there was a plate that attaches to the roller fairlead and then the winch sits on top of those two items. This combination makes the winch sit a bit high and probably is why it is touching the bar.

I was really wondering did I need that extra mounting plate. It seems to add some stability but may not be necessary.
