I have been unable to loosen the drain screw on my carb bowl. I seem to have rounded off the head so that the screw driver will not bite. Any bright ideas before I take it to the dealer? I have never drained it before, should the dealer fix this free even though it is out of warranty?

They are not required to fix it under warranty. But if you have a good relationship with him and bought the quad there I would bet they might do it for free. If they don't just order the screw and replace it after using something to remove the old one.
