Default Tire/Wheel Balancing

I posted in one of my other threads, but most of you probably won't see it....

Have any of you taken your ATV Tires and Wheels to a regular automotive tire place to get balanced. I've always taken them to the motorcycle shop, but I can't see why I regular automotive place couldn't balance the setup and they usually have better equipment than most motorcycle/atv stores?

If you ever balanced a motorcycle tire mounted on a rim it really isnt that difficult. You just need an axle to rotate the tire on mounted to a strudy, level surface and the weights. Pm me if you like to know more or do a web search. The procedure is very easy and very effective.

Default Tire/Wheel Balancing

Motorcycles are easy because they have a small shaft, I can do the same with my bicycle tires with a shaft and a couple of small bearnings mounted on a stand, but an ATV is different due to the large hub...
