Default Arctic Cat Gas Leak

Anyone dealt with this problem? My dealer seems to be stumped....
Gas leaking/dripping from the bottom of the carburetor (drain) whenever the ATV is rocked back and forth. Especially noticeable after it's been trailered. First noticed a distinct gas smell when it was garaged and then noticed after trailering that enough gas is leaking out to actually pool in the depressions on top of the tranny casing. This happens when the 400 is not running.

Dealer has been all over the unit, focusing on the carb. The carb was actually replaced on the latest trip in - courtesy of AC. Put the unit back on the trailer, travelled home and still had the same problem - smell and raw gas leaking. I was able to stand on the trailer, rock the ATV back and forth and see the gas dripping off the bottom of the carb.

It's an AC 400 4x4 Auto with less than 200 miles on it.

It's about to go back in to the dealer - again - but I would appreciate any suggestions/help on this.

Default Arctic Cat Gas Leak

Just to get things going, I'll take a stab at it.

1) Gas tank vent is plugged, tank becomes pressurized, forces it out the carb overflow. Try loosening the gas cap to test for this.
2) There is sand or other similar particles in the gas or the fuel line is decomposing, the particles get between the needle and the seat, gas goes out the carb overflow. Remove the float bowl and look for small particles.
3) Both the old and new carbs have the float level set too high. This causes gas to go out the carb overflow. Remove the carb, check the float level.
4) The same guy set the float level, and he set incorrectly on both the old and new carbs.

I am sure others can add
