Default CV Boot Repair

I have a very small slice in a cv boot. It is leaking grease. Is there a way I can repair it without replacing it?

Thanks.

After you do it once, it is real easy. Make sure you have a service manual around though. I havent changed an inside rear yet (knock on wood) so i'm not sure of the degree of difficulty there, but all the others werent too bad once i figured it out.
