Hey Guys,
Have a 1999 Sportsman 4x4 335 and I need the torque specs for the castle nut on the end of the CV Joint (outer )

 

Torque the nut to 160-170 in lbs while rotating the hub. Back the nut of 1/2 turn. Raise the machine up and rotate the rear axel several turns to rotate the front axels. Then re-torque the nut to 108-144 in lbs and install the cotter pin.
