aftermarket for pred 50 & 90
#1
Bought my son a pred 90 and my daughter a pred 50 and am wondering what is out there to modifiy them. Would like to know who sells aftermarket add-ons and who they are. These bikes are better than I thought-the 50 has impressed me-but somebody must sell items to improve there performance and there looks. Thanks for all the help.

For aftermarket parts like plastic and stock replacements, many parts can be obtained from - Press Here -
For upgrade parts such has skid plates, handle bars, push bars, etc. you could surf E-Bay, or search for "Pred-90" or "Predator" posts within this forum. See the above Search panel. Lots of previous Pred-90 posts within this forum that may help.
You can also surf previous posts within - Press Here -
For Performance parts, definately contact Billy Holt at WRH Racing. For our unique riding conditions, his performance advice and parts were "right on target".
Before calling around and buying parts, read the contents within - Press Here -
Note: Although focused on motocross units, this info does explain why the good Performance Upgrade Specialists recommend certain mods and not other mods - for one's unique riding conditions.
Hope this helps...

Billy has a few upgrades for the 50, right now there is no pipe that will fit it. the upgrades for the 90 are unlimited. his son races 2 predator 90's and has another for a pit bike. give him a call.

Before you upgrade the take off and/or upper ground speed of your Preds, you may want to upgrade their suspension first. If you make the machine for your "young rider" too fast, he/she might NOT be able to handle the bumps / jumps. Or, its stock suspension can't handle it. For more information on suspension upgrades, surf:

For the extreme rough bumps / jumps, the upper frame of the Pred-90 "may" break. I've read a few posts of Pred-90 owners re-welding and re-enforcing their upper shock mount areas. For pictures of a Pred-90 unit with 45 degree re-inforcement braces, surf: - Press Here -
Note: I think these pictures are from Biscuit (from another forum).
Hope this helps as well...
