Was a light kit added to make it street legal? If not it's one of the earliest dualsports I know of. Real clean looking. Do you wear the old Fonzie style helmet when riding it? You know to stay in the period.lol

The lights and guages are all original equipment . Yamaha started the DT series in 1968 , they were the first Japanese dual sporters .
Fonzie ,,, LOL .. I think he rode a 52 Triumph or something . I wear a Shoei or HJC helmet ,which ever one I can find .

My old Yamaha
Rick, I got me a 71 DT250. It used to be an enduro, but not anymore. Currently it isnt running. It isnt getting any spark and the coil isnt getting any power. I think the stator may have rusted from sitting a few years without running. It was my first bike that I learned on. My dad's fisrt bike too.
