My 250r stopped on me, and lost all compression completely, and wont kick over at all.....thats the art that pissed me off.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]
The good part is, that we took off the head, because it had been leaking, which wasnt a big deal, and found the gasket had blown a huge chunk off of itself. Then we looked at the cylinder wall, and found a pretty good gash, cause by a piece of piston. And we are gonna start on that ASAP. I was wondering what size I should have it done to.

AS little as possible!!!! Just to remove the scratch in the cylinder

.020 over with a wiseco piston and rings to match, and new gaskets, it wont run you over 200$ even with boreing.

DUe to the limited availiblity of parts I would bore it as little as possible.
