Default LT250r or 450r

I know that this is a honda forum thats why i wanted all the honda fans to let me know if its a smart idea to upgrade to a 450r after the next race season .. Il be racing my LT this season and was thinking of getting one of the new high performance quads after I raced this season . Also i wanted to know how much a used 450r would go for in the next several months caus their is a nasty R on ebay right now for $4350 and ill be putting alot of crap into my LT over the winter and throughout the summer

Later next summer i hope to sell my LT for like $3500 and hope to have save the extra cash to get the R right after the sale of my LT

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?????
