Are Warn winch mounts universal for all winches?

Are Warn winch mounts universal for all winches?
I have a superwinch T2000 i want to put on my Rancher and just wanted to know if a Warn mount would fit it? The Superwinch mounts are a little more expensive than Warn mounts. Anybody know, Thanks.

It might work with some hole drilling or it might not work at all. Warns spool is usually in the middle, isn't the SW spool on the side? Also I think the warn are a little lower profile.
Unless you want to hassle I'd pay the 10-20 bucks more for the correct mount.
