Default best/cheapest place to get riding gear

I am looking for a nice riding outfit for going out riding. I found www.motoxoutlet.com has a pant/jersey/glove combo for $69.99 has anyone bought a set like this. how was the quality for the price. I thought about getting the set and a pair of the oneal boots. what do ya think.

I am kinda mainly interested in either the oneal, thor or fox brands. I like the looks but quality is a big issue also. I also need a good/cheap set of riding boots.
