Wench mount kit for BF-650

Went to mount my wench and the dealer had goven me a mount kit for a BF-750, doesn't fit. My guess is I need the mount kit for a p-700. Has anyone mounted the wench on the new BF-650 if so what kit did you use. This is the Warn 2.5. Sunday of all days and dealer closed.

Wench mount kit for BF-650

I'll be installing one on my Wifes Uncles BF650 next weekend but I beleive the BF650 has its own mount. I remember when he picked it up I looked at the box and I recall it saying BF650 on the mounting plate box. I was courious as I have a BF750 and wanted to make sure they gave him the correct mouting bracket as they are different.

We'll I'll know for sure this Sunday when I go to his house to do the install but I was 99% sure when we picked up the BF650 that the box for the winch mounting plate said BF650 on it as I remember looking at it before we left the dealer but you got me thinking now. I may even take the hour drive before sunday to satisfy my couriousity.

Wench mount kit for BF-650

I was told by my dealer that the BF-650 mount plate will not be in until the end of Jan. Really wish I had it this past weekend. I went to Mud Creek Park with my BF650 and rode with a dirt bike and a sport quad. They would man handle through the mud I had no problems with but, when I got too brave and sunk in deep holes, we had to wait for another utility to pull me out.

Wench mount kit for BF-650

Thanks for the info, wow the end of January glad I kept the old Suzuki so I have something to ride that has a wench. I do think I can build my own plate before the end of January they aren't that complicated.steele plate and a torch you can create about anything, I'll just create it then take it over and have it heated and bent.
