I have a set of fenders and a seat I was going to use for now until I get new stuff, but i am having some trouble. The fenders are from a 4x4 scrambler and the seat is from a sport 400. I thought that all seats and fenders for these were interchangeable, but they dont seem to want to go together...


The seat has those rubber bumpers on the bottom, and the 2 at the very back slope back up a little but the fenders dont. Just does't fit right, the seat wont snap down.

Could they be different?

 

What years are they from.......I think the seats and plastic were changed towards the newer years..........I had a 96 seat that wouldn't fit some 03 plastic.........If I remember right, all I had to do was remove the black rubber pieces though........

I just went to a dealer and checked them out. The newer ones are flat in the back, the one I have tapers up. I should be ok with a new seat.
