Update on 345 big bore lakota
#1
We got the case bored and put the motor back to gether and the first problem was that fst sent us the wrong cam but no biggy we will get the one we ordered. the second was the counter balnce shaft hit the sleve so we had to take the motor back apart and grind the sleve down. so we got the motor back together last night and today i just got the plastics back on. but before i fire it up i have to make a mount for the oil filter. so bye tonight i should be riding it and give you an update on the power.

It was dark so i really didnt jam on it because i couldnt see and the contacts dont help much when the air is cool. but wow its not evenbroken in all the way and in second the front end just wants to lift right up and thats with the 13 sproket. but a problem is is there is an oil leak where the head meats the jug. I wondered how well the copper gasket would hold but we torqued the bolts down again and when we go back today hopefully it stopped. cant wait tell i get the new cam in.

Where did you get this 345 big bore kit? It may seem not possible, but I am actually thinking of adding some power to my gutless Kawasaki Bayou 300 4x4. Let me know where you got it.

i got it from fst but if you dont do the work yourself it would be better if you just got the 330 kit from him and a cam from web cams and it will be well worth the money you spent
