I am considering an 87mm piston and running 11:1 compression.

I know there are at least a few here running 11:1 on pump gas, my question is: What compression is everyone getting away with on pump gas (92-93 octane) & who is having to use race gas or a mixture?

I am at about 700-1200' elevation and will be running similar to a Web cam 450/451 "all around" cam with this setup.

i'm running 11:1 on 92 or 93 octane, with no problems at all.

99 426ex,11:1,port job,web cam,rev box,k/n,dyno
jet kit,6 air box vents,ids-2 pipe,14 tooth sproket, = power = really fast
