Why not buy the baddest ATV on the planet, Polaris 800 efi sportsman? otherwise Brute beats Queen Quad hands down, grizz would be nexrt behind brute, just my opinon, as I have ridden all but the grizz(but it has a great rep) I own the 800 , Awesome just begins to describe it.

If you test ride all three and then try a Polaris 800 I think you will see that Oledad is correct. I can't go out and say without a doubt that Polaris has fixed there quality issues from the past since I have yet to put enough time on my Sp800 to start telling peope they have. I can tell you I have owned a grizz my dad ownes a Brute Force 750i that I have spent several hours on. I have test road the KQ 3 times now and the Polaris 800 does ride the smothest has EFI and is alot stronger than the KQ. I have also test road the AC 650V2 and Bomb650, honda's Rincon 650 and the Polaris just seemed to have them all beat this year. Like I say the Quality issues I have had in the past are my only concern but since they are kicking in a 1 year warranty right now and have added a lifetime belt warranty I went with it.

If you are set on just the three you have listed I would rank them as follows

#1 BF750 (Best engine on the market)
#2 King Quad (Has EFI)
#3 Grizz (Dated engine ok power no EFI, priced to High for under 700cc's)

The problems with the Polaris 800 is that it is really only 760 ccs, 10 more than the Brute Force, and it has about 100 pounds of extra weight compared to the BF and KQ. The reviews out right now say that the King Quad is the best handling, most stable of the huge bore quads. The BF felt tippy and had a tendency to pop the front end in precarious situations. The EFI on the KQ is an advantage on the BF. The advantage of the BF is a twin cylinder should produce better throttle response, but at the cost of increased fuel usage. I would rank the KQ and BF way before the Polaris. If you are concerned about traction and want a twin, look toward the Suzuki TwinPeaks/Kawasaki Prairie 700. They have a swingarm rear axle instead of IRS. Unfortuntaley, the review of the mega bore quads have not included this machine.

I may be biased against Polaris in that I cannot understand how in this day and age they can justify the huge amount of extra weight their machines carry from the start. Perhaps one could understand the Polaris 800 MV (military vehicle) with an extra gas tank, heavier duty supsension, and stronger racks. But their run of the mill machines do not offer more or better features than other quads. They lose a significant amount of power to the ground by carrying so much extr weight.

I agree with you that the Twin Peaks and Prairie 700's should be in the big bore shootouts especialy since they are the current champs of several shootouts earlier this year and over the past 3 years, and I personaly feal that its still the quad to beat. However from the quads that were asked about it seems that they wanted an IRS quad. You should ride a Polaris 800 befor passing judgment, I road it back to back with the KQ and beleave it or not the Polaris feals alot more stable than the KQ alot smother riding and power output on the KQ was not even in the same leauge as the polaris or the brute force 750, I put them both in off camber situations time and time and time agan in my test rides and the polaris seemed alot more stable IMO. I got on the KQ repeatedly and it just does not have the guts of the Big Brute or the SP800. What I liked the best about the SP800 was its stable feal for an IRS, Its power is very much on par with the Bute 750 and the Twin Peaks/Prairie's. You should test ride one befor passing judgment. The one I road and bought is a vastly improved quad over the last SP700 that I test road a year ago.

My friend has the BF, I took him down to the dealer with me and we took the Polaris 800 EFI out....he was impressed....so impressed that he has now sold his BF and bought the 800 EFI. The handling which should be ironed on in '06 BF's was the problem....the acceleration and top speed on the BF and 800 EFI are very close to the same, that coming from a Polaris that weighs 150+ pounds more....true Utility vehicle....better payload and towing capacities...

Well if light is what you want, go Brute or KQ, they are built light weight, tie rods, axels, frames and the list goes on, the extra weight of the SP800 is in the details, one look at these crutial components will reveal the "Big" advantage the polaris has in longivity against breakage, they are built "Tank Tuff" as a big guy, I dont want my wheels folding under after catching some air over a obsticle, reports of many mangeled tie rods flood the kawasaki forums. Oh, power, I garantee you mine will smoke a brute anyday of the week, given equal weight riders, The King is not even in the program, it may hit 72 flat out, but how long does it take to get there? It is also a Single, not a dual Cly. motor. And a "New" design, its ability to hold up to hard riding is yet to be proven. Now that said, I like the brute force, powerful, sounds great, but it is "Tippy" the sp800, feels solid and stabil, like none of the others, heavy, yes, fast, VERY!!!!! Tuff and awesome, garanteed!!!! I have nothing personal against the others, Im sure other people with different tastes and needs will find them to there liking also. Bottom line, I did the research, rode all three and am pleased with my choice 100%.

Don't go blowing your pie trap and say your is the best. There is no such thing as "THE BADDEST OR BEST" Your opinion is just that...yours.....very subjective. The bottom line is all of these are very good quads. It is people like you who blow their pie hoe to the point others don't like certain quads. STOP THE CRAP

I think when people start a thead they are typicaly asking for others opinions some may be good some may be bad or not what someone else of a different opinion wants to here but I realy didn't think oledad was bashing just giving an opinion like we all are. He even said its just his opinion. I don't understand what you are getting so worked up about.

I agree with CC that people get to worked up over others opinions. Then again, I agree that the sportsman 800 is way way TTTTTTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO freaking heavy. It has quite the powerplant, but the weight and handling ruins it for me.
