Well I know Elka has different set-ups, but I rode a Z with TCS, and it handle good. I have ridden a blaster with some kind of Elka's and wasn't to impressed. I would take a look at Custom Axis.

Elka is better than TCS IMO, But the best shocks out there hands down are PEP and Custom Axis

I think TCS are better than the Elka recreational shocks, but the Elites are better than both because of all of the extra adjustments.

I had Elkas. I don't know what they did. They sent me new springs. They told me to flip the spacers to get different loads on the springs. They worked better, but not what I thought they should. Elka's customer service was excellent, the shocks weren't. I have TCS and couldn't be happier..

I've heard quite a few claims about elkas leaving some frowns. They are a much newer company than quite a few out there, but are learning quickly. I would of picked up a pair myself but chose not to for that reason. I went with the ohlins since they have been around for 30 years and have some awesome dampers. Haven't had a chance to try them out yet since I had to send them out to be set up for +2 arms and triplerates. I would go with axis or the tcs probably at this time. Axis really uses some high quality sh*t in their products, that's for sure. Elka makes some good stuff, but they haven't quite fine tuned enough yet, so you may have to send the shocks back once or twice to have them perform the way you want them to.
