Rear Elka shock test
#1
Tried out a new Rear Elka shock for my Raptor today,I have it set up for my +2 LSR swingarm and MX style riding.I have a jump at one of my riding places. Its a up hill jump and its flat on the top.I get about 10 foot of air and travel 40 ft.I hit the jump in frouth gear
about half thottle. It took 2 jumps to set my compression and rebound just right. Now the Elkas soap up the hints where the stock shocks bottomed
out everytime.
I also revalved and resprung my stock shock with the Elka spring and Self sagging device.I'll try it out next weekend to see the differents.

By the way, I meant to tell you that converted shock looked pretty slick. I bet it works pretty good. And yes, Glamis, and all my other riding areas will be waiting. Lucky for me, I can ride from my garage to the edge of Tucson in about 15 minutes. Probably will be more like 5 minutes after I get my Elka's and a-arms put on!
