250r home made airbox

I was just wondering if anyone out there can give me some info on makin my own aluminun ai box for an 85 atc 250r. I have a sheet medal bender and plenty of sheet medal. thanks

Shouldn't be that hard, just make sure it is not so deep that it will hit you're swingarm, sprocket, brake caliper, etc.
