in the summer after my zilla is back together me and my dad are going to take one of his old dirtbike engines in a quad frame. its a 250cc 2 stroke twin. i would like to know what frame would be nice to put it in. i'll mostly be using it on straight runs, not trails or such. so what frame would be good and where could i get one (besides ebay)

 

you can buy frames straight from a dealer but ti will run some serious $$$$

 

Might be hard to find a frame that isn't tweaked in some way, and the new ones will probably cost you 700+. Check your nearest dealer and compare their price to alba, probably your best bet. Any model of quads that have been around a while will probably have cheaper frames also.

 

ebay has some great deals on frames, i bought a full new frame for my lt185 with axle for 70 bucks!!! it wasn't NEW but it had no cracks or bends, very VERY little rust.
