How would you hook one up on a quad. Is it a pos/neg hookup or do they make a 12v accessory plug. I know snowmobiles have quick attachments, but i'm stuck on quads.

All the heated shields I have seen have a RCA phono plug on them. You can pick up the mating connector at Radio Shaft or go to a snowmobile dealer. Then just hook it through a fuse through the ignition switch to 12v.
