rear axle turns hard...??....

Default rear axle turns hard...??....

i checked mine and my bros, both axles turn kind of hard. whats up with that. his is new. maybe its the chain??? any ideas???

brakes rubbing? axle bearings? chain too tight?

bearings?? maybe but my bros new one does same thing maybe its the oring chain.

Default rear axle turns hard...??....

I have an 05 DS and it was just taken in to the dealer due to the bearings not being properly greased. I had only 20 hours on mine and the rear axle totally locked up. I would take it back and have it checked out especially if still under warranty.

Default rear axle turns hard...??....

Mine siezed yesterday while on a long ride. Dealer says BRP has issued a service bulletin that the rear bearings do not have enough grease. Get it done before your siezes! Mine is an '05
