I am working on an Xpedition 325, really unsure of the year, stickers are worn etc. and so is the owner, hehe.. Anyway, I need to know the float height specification, I found it somewhere online and it said TBD (to be determined), so I was wondering if anyone had a manual or sheet that told the specs, thanks.

 

This is for a 2000 Trail Boss 325, not sure if you have the same carb. Mikuni BST 31 & 34 carbs, 13.0mm (.51") +/- 1mm. This is from the factory manual. Hope that helps. NC, how's the healing process going? Glad to hear you out working on them again.

 

Hey Scooter, I called the closest shop today and they said that yes, that is the same spec for the Xpedition. Thanks for the info. Hey man, I am healed completely, just left with the scars. I have been going to college full-time here lately and have not had time to keep up on here, just to pop in every once in a while. I have the Scrammy repaired fully and even upgraded a few things, like the carb and intake, but I am thinking of selling, I can't get the time or people to go ride with and I am not riding by myself again, so.. Will probably buy something again later though. I have worked on a few this past year, nothing major though. Thanks for the response.
